Sean Walshe Plumbing has quoted the cost of installing plumbing equipment that meets the requirements of your home. Once you have accepted this quotation in accordance with below, the company undertakes to carry out all the works necessary to complete the work described. 

Quotes are valid for one month unless a deposit has been paid.

 Any additional works requested will be added to final invoice. 

Permission to conduct works You shall at your own expense obtain all necessary consents for the installation of the works, including building regulations and planning consents, consents from neighbours and mortgages. If you are a tenant, you may need your landlord’s permission for an installation to be carried out. The company will assume such permission has been granted and shall have no liability for any loss or damage arising from failure to obtain such permission.  

Dangerous waste If during the execution of the works, asbestos is encountered, Sean Walshe Plumbing reserves the right to withdraw from works immediately until the site is made safe. 

Waste removal Waste will not be disposed of by Sean Walshe Plumbing unless agreed before works commence.  

Payment and deposit Full payment is to be made by cash or bank transfer on the date of works being completed. Deposits taken in advance are non-refundable.    

Health and Safety Whilst works are being carried out HSE regulations apply, PPE must be used within the work site, failure to do so is at the customer’s own risk. Abusive language and threatening behaviour will not be tolerated. 

Sean Walshe Plumbing reserves the right to vacate a premises where they feel threatened.  

Materials and Goods Material charges will be applied for the supply of any parts and materials necessary beyond those quoted, and any such charges will be identified on the final invoice you receive. Title in the goods will not pass to the Buyer but shall be retained pending payment in full of the price. Until such time as title passes to the Buyer, the Seller shall have an absolute authority to re-take, sell or otherwise deal with or dispose of all or any part of the goods in which title remains vested in them. 

Call backs Should you feel there is an issue with our work, then we will be very happy to return and rectify it at no cost. However, should we return to site for a call back, but the problem be unrelated to the work carried out by Sean Walshe Plumbing, then our standard charges shall apply.  

Guarentee All works carried out by Sean Walshe Plumbing have a 3 month guarantee. Parts and materials provided by Sean Walshe Plumbing are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be the responsibility of Sean Walshe Plumbing to seek reimbursement or replacement for the customer. Parts and materials supplied by the customer are the responsibility of the customer to claim on warranty including charges pertaining to call backs to make safe or to investigate fault
